reshaped and redesigned to become an extension of Selimex’s

in return? An instantaneous quote, reflecting Selimex’s

When I first encountered Selimex's digital realm, it was like
stepping into an old, forgotten library—rich in content but
lacking the modern elegance needed to captivate visitors. My
task was to breathe new life into this digital space,
transforming it into a user-centric portal that reflected
Selimex’s commitment to quality and innovation.
One of my most ambitious undertakings was designing an online
quote generator, a groundbreaking feature in the Mexican
commercial cleaning service landscape. This tool wasn’t just
about functionality; it was about enhancing the user journey,
making it intuitive and seamless. The initial design was a
rough draft, much like a sculptor’s first chisel on
stone—promising, but needing refinement.
Through rigorous testing and continuous iteration, the quote
generator evolved into a streamlined, user-friendly feature
that became a cornerstone of Selimex’s digital strategy. User
engagement metrics were our compass, guiding each adjustment
to ensure we delivered a superior user experience. This
project taught me the value of persistence and the power of
iterative design in creating tools that truly resonate with
users.

By March 2021, I had transitioned into the role of Project
Manager, taking on the challenge of steering Selimex’s digital
transformation. The task ahead was daunting—a vast ocean of
development, with countless tasks demanding prioritization and
attention. My role was to chart a clear course, navigating the
complexities of the project while keeping our ultimate goal in
sight.
As Project Manager, I meticulously managed the product
backlog, ensuring that every feature we developed added
tangible value to our customers. Collaborating closely with
the team, I prioritized tasks, allocated resources, and
maintained a steady course toward our milestones. Each release
was a victory, not just for the project but for Selimex’s
commitment to its clients.
Throughout this journey, I employed innovative problem-solving
techniques to overcome challenges, ensuring that we stayed on
track despite the inevitable obstacles. The result was a
refined user experience that not only met but exceeded
customer expectations, solidifying Selimex’s reputation as a
leader in the commercial cleaning industry.
This role deepened my understanding of project management,
teaching me the importance of strategic thinking, effective
communication, and resource management in driving a project to
success.
